Nasty Juice Bad Blood Review

Nasty juice is a widely known E-liquid brand crafted in Tampin, Malaysia.

Founded by Pak Din and partner Mr. Loque, Nasty Juice erupted onto the vaping scene in 2015 and has grown exponentially in the UAE, USA, Birmingham, Poland and Paris!

It has been collecting awards ever since like ‘menthol/mint of the show’ -  The Vaper Expo UK 2018, ‘Best Fruit’ - Vape Expo Poland 2016, and ‘Best Branding and Marketing’ - Vapouround Awards 2017 and 2018!

We can most definitely see how they have lapped up all of their awards, their design is incredible, they carry a playful and daring look with bright, colourful imagery and their uniqueness is not to be forgotten!

Nasty Juice has brought out a number of exceptional E-liquid lines some of those being;

Nasty balling, in which they created a whole new design for their bottle, instead of the dripper style, they made it in the form of a cocktail shaker, including a ball bearing inside for extra help in mixing your nicotine! Flavours include Hippie Trail, Migos Moon and more!

Another notable line is the Yummy Fruit Series! A bright and colourful design and exquisite taste from the three flavours it includes, Green Ape, Cush Man and Trap Queen!

The line we are taking our main focus from today though, is Nasty Juice’s 60ml range, and here is what Nasty Juice has to say about it -  “The most whooping E-juice ever. To create it, we started with an adored design, then reinvented it from the inside out with consistent product quality and similar tasty varieties.”

So from that 60ml series, we are going to do a review on Nasty Juice Bad Blood!

Flavour Profile

Looking on the Nasty Juice website, the flavour profile they have given us is - One of the most sought-after fruity flavours worldwide market especially in the UK is brewed to perfection. The sweet earthy blackcurrant flavour mixed with low mint resulted in a superbly refreshing feel and clouds.

So there it is, a simple two part flavour! Should make for a flavoursome vape!

First impressions

I think we can all say that the first thing we will all notice when looking at a Nasty Juice e-liquid, is the extremely unique packaging. Many other high VG e-liquids usually just come in a standard bottle, yes, most of them may have their own intriguing designs, but nothing compared to Nasty Juice!

So the first thing we have is the ingenious aluminium box, and tin lid. The lid itself is permanently attached to the box so no more losing lids! The box is completely tamper proof and water resistant so you can keep your valuables safe and sound no matter where you are! The super compact aluminium box has been bead blasted to give it a satin-like finish, soft to the touch and fits comfortably in the hand.

The design of the box isn’t hard to recognize, like the others in this line, Bad Blood has a background as black as the night, and the foreground colour is a bold blood red, the black only enhances the red which is used to colour the fonts and information. At the very top of the box, there is a slight trail of what looks to be vapor, just below that is the signature Nasty Juice logo. Then of course we have the flavour, Bad Blood, and we are shown this e-liquid is a 70/30 mix and 60ml. On the back of the tin we can see all of the important information like the warnings and ingredients.

So onto the bottle, again it is made of aluminium, perfectly polished to give it a glistening shine. One of the reasons that Nasty Juice has used aluminium for the bottle, is that it ensures that the quality and taste of its contents remains unchanged and preserved no matter what.

This stunning bottle uses a dripper to dispense the e-liquid, and of course is child proof. The design from the aluminium box is carried on throughout the bottle, this time the background being that beautifully polished silver. That bold blood red colour is still being used to display the fonts of the logo and flavour. On the side of the bottle we can see a funky character with an impressive beard and dressed in red looking cool and enjoying a vape!

Smell

So of course we have to do the smell test, if you don’t enjoy the scent an e-liquid gives off, you probably won’t be up for vaping it. However, some e-liquids do tend to carry a different taste as opposed to what they smell like.

So once you have opened that brilliantly designed bottle, Nasty Juice Bad Blood instantly reveals a strong blackcurrant smell. It’s sweet and ambrosial, there is no detection of any mint here.

Taste

As always, we want to break this taste test down so we can distinctively pick up on each taste included in the flavour profile.

Inhale

As you inhale Nasty Juice Bad Blood for the first time, you will once again be met by that full bodied blackcurrant and it will take over your tastebuds. There’s a sweetness to the flavour, but not one that leaves you reaching for the water bottle!

Middle

While the flavours bounce around your tastebuds, a slight mintiness makes an appearance, Bad Blood actually uses two types of mint to perfect its flavour, one that enhances the sweetness of the blackcurrant, and one that offers a cooling taste and sensation. The one that is making an appearance here is the sweet one.

Exhale

The exhales is where that cooling low mint comes into the mix! While the juicy blackcurrant is becoming more prominent, the cool mint comes in to almost even things out and give your tastebuds a refreshing kick so the blackcurrant does not become overpowering.

Aftertaste

Nasty Juice Bad Blood leaves you with a sweet berry taste, along with that cooling mint to keep you refreshed and wanting more of that deliciously sweet blackcurrant.

Cloud production

As we have seen on the unique aluminium box, Nasty Juice Bad Blood is a 70/30 VG/PG mix, so your cloud production will be more than satisfactory. You’ll have the density but not the longevity.

Final thoughts

Berry menthols seem to be of high demand, especially in the warmer weather, but sometimes they just don’t seem to have the perfect ratio of fruits to menthol.

Nasty Juice Bad Blood seems to be the perfect blend of both, not too sickly on the blackcurrant, and not too icy on the menthol!

We can definitely see this being an all day vape!
