Nicotine shots or nic shots, as they are often known, are small, 10ml TPD (Tobacco Products Directive) compliant bottles of unflavoured nicotine e-liquid. They are intended to be used with shortfill e-liquids and are an essential purchase for most shortfill users. Since they are mostly unflavoured, they do not interfere with the original taste of your shortfill and are used to increase the nicotine strength.
In the earlier days, large sized bottles with nicotine were available for consumption. However, the TPD regulations introduced in 2016 restricted the bottle size of nicotine e-liquids to 10ml only. As a result, consumers can either stock multiple 10ml nicotine e-liquids or buy a large sized shortfill and nic shots to compensate for it. In addition, the range of flavours available in shortfills is simply unparallel.
>We currently stock four different nic shots with 70%VG and 100%VG concentration. All the shots are of 18mg nicotine strength and are highly affordable with prices under £1.
Using a nic shot is simple, you just need to pour it into the shortfill bottle and shake the mixture well. Every shortfill bottle will have an extra space to add one or more nic shots. For instance, a 100ml bottle will have 20ml extra space. So, if you add two 18mg nic shots, you will get 120ml of e-liquid with 3mg nicotine strength. For higher strengths, you can add multiple shots in a separate bottle.
